We were very happy with everything at this hotel. Our group was attended to ecceptionally well. Staff very accommodating
Rooms are really nice. We had a mini suite. Fireplace, kitchenette, comfortable furniture. Really nice. Definitely recommend this hotel

Very nice and well located hotel, a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf or the restaurants around Calle Principal. The place is designed in Spanish colonial style and has a certain amount of charm. A major asset is the underground parking just under the hotel. The lack of air conditioning did not bother us, as we visited in October. You can hear the calls of the sea lions from the Wharf at night in your room; it was not a nuisance for me but you might take note if you're a super sensitive sleeper. Otherwise the street outside is very quiet. The hotel has some meeting rooms available if you need. The breakfast is basic (cereals, bagels etc) - nothing to write home about and I'd personally recommend trying some of the places nearby. Front desk staff were very nice.

Incredibly close to fisherman's wharf (5 min. walk) and about a 20 min. walk to Cannery Row. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Big on comfort but also aesthetically pleasing. We will very likely stay here again.

Adorable hotel and grounds with plenty of outdoor seating. Big rooms, comfy beds. Walking distance to pier and ocean walk. They do ask $20 to park in their lot even as a hotel guest and don't bother with the breakfast - it sucks. The price, comfort and aesthetics make up for the negatives. Would stay here again.

Great location, but the floor was really dirty.
Provided breakfast was great.
No air conditioning (only celling fans and a limited number of portable fans).
The room we were in had no screens. Hard to cool off without letting the bugs in.
The staff will enter your room while you are out if they deem it necessary, even if you have the do not disturb sign posted.
