I visit the area every couple of months. This is a place I either eat lunch or dinner at, sometimes BOTH!
I have tried many different items and have always loved my food. Try it you will be glad you did. Servers are great also.

Six of us were in town for the races at Laguna Seca and we picked Baan Thai because it was close. It is a little tricky to find since its in a courtyard style setting but we managed. We eat Thai food every time we travel because they're always family run restaurants and we like to compare the different styles. All six of us ate every bite and all of us really liked the food and service. We sat next to a table with some racing officials so we figured they probably know all the good places to eat since they're in Monterey all the time. We would definitely go back the next time we're in town.

They are pricey here but it's very delicious. I love their Tom Yum Soup!! What I love more and don't really see at other Thai restaurants in the area is Pumpkin Curry. I'm in love with that dish, I order it every single time I come here.

If you are around the area you can never go wrong with baan thai. the prices are great the food is great if its your first time you wont be disappointed.
