This location is in a large shopping center with a Target. Very close to HWY 1 which is a convenience if visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It's just like any other BK except it has a small indoor play area for kids. Plenty of parking available.

The experience was horrible, so I walked in and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one with lettuce and mayo which was surprisingly correct yet very cold but the 2nd sandwich was only lettuce and it had only ketchup in it, and keep in mind ALL THE FOOD including 2 fries were cold so I had to call them and I told them that the order was wrong but the man was so rude. He said that I was rude and so I had to drive all the way back to burger king to get a refund and he was very rude talking to me so I just got my money back and left. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT COME HERE!!

The food here is really hit or miss in regards to being hot and fresh, more intern than not a miss. But it's super cheap and a staple of college diet.

Considering this is a fast food chain, the employees are patient and kind. While waiting for my order, the staff had a mix-up with inventory and ended up with an extra burger. One of the employees brought it to a table of two men with lower incomes.
