The servers were nice but slow. I thought the food lacked flavor. Got a free calamari appetizer though and it was refilled. Also, if you order the ravioli ($20+) expect only 5 raviolis lol.

Online reviews lead us to Crabby Jim's for their clam chowder and they definitely did not disappoint. Upon walking up to restaurant they offer free samples of the chowder (as does every restaurant at Fisherman's Wharf) and our group consensus was we had scored liquid gold. So good in fact 3 out of 4 people ordered the bread bowl dinner with garlic lids (clam chowder in a bread bowl; $14.99). The amount was perfect to fill up travellers who had been on a plane from Texas half the day and the free calamari appetizer was a nice tasty bonus. One other member had the fried seafood platter and their oysters, clams, cod and shrimp were good.
Service was excellent with attentiveness and light humor at our group of 4 guys on a golf trip. Upon leaving I asked the hostess what set their clam chowder apart from every other restaurant on the Wharf and she said it was the garlic they add. Winner in my book!

Pros - Good clam chowder, complementary calamari appetizer, and nice ocean view seating. Cons - Clam chowder pricey at $9 per bowl, served and billed for a salad we didn't order, and bathroom lights automatically turned off on my wife. Poor customer service. Had to find another server to get the bill because our server disappeared and never checked on us during our meal. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so there was no good excuse for the poor service.

Was there on a mini vacation. Husband and I chose this place and it was a mistake. Waited 35 minutes to just get drinks. I ordered coffee and got it cold. Appetizer never arrived. Was so tempted to paid for drinks and leave cuz food took forever. Really bad services. Food very bland and high price. NOT WORTH IT
