I like Panda Express enough to endure visiting this particular outlet on occasion. My main complaint is the young ladies that ladle the food onto your plate frown consistently and show no outward signs of friendliness or concern.
In five visits not one of the 'servers' has smiled. Eye contact is never achieved.
Generally when I smile at someone there is an acknowledgement of some sort. Never here. It's uncanny.
The food is okay but more often the choices are limited because the cooks do not feed a steady supply to all of the food trays.
I suggest when robots take over for this chain the software developers write AI code that can deliver a friendly tone.
That's all I want from fast food restaurant employees. It's not asking for much.

Food isn't terrible. It's definitely not the best, but I don't expect much from these "fast food" places. So it's good for what it is. Their customer service could use some work.

Panda express has excellent food. I don't go often because I think it's a little pricey but when I do go I don't waste my time on plates. It's seems more sensible to buy the family deal..my granddaughter loves Panda Express!
