Papa John's Pizza

I love Papa John's. It's my favorite of all the pizza joints. I live in Seaside, so this particular location doesn't deliver to me, but I like it so much I drive over for pick up anyway, even with the road construction and rush hour traffic.

Multiple times we've ordered from here and it's been late and cold. Tonight my roommate placed an order at 11 am to ensure its arrival at 730. It didn't arrive til 810. We called at 745 to see about the order and they didn't apologize, just made excuses about how they were busy. On another occasion the pizza was 45 minutes late, and after calling the restaurant, I got a text message from the driver. Very unprofessional in my eyes. Their pizza is not good enough to deal with this crap.
