I had great service from the front desk staff. My message was awesome. Michael gave me my massage. I've been suffering from body aces and super bad tension headaches. He worked my whole body and gave me special attention to me tension in my neck and the base if my head. He suggested I kept it iced. My head hasn't felt this goid in a long time. He did say that my muscles were so tight in my neck he was surprised I could move it. He said people ignore these signs and get none sours and other really bad problems that can end in surgery. I can't tell you how happy I am. I'm going back in 2 weeks.

I have a monthly membership with massage envy, which means I have prepaid massage credits always stored up. This store said I made an appointment and then charged me 2 hrs off my account for an appointment I didn't make and don't show up for. The appointment I didn't make was apparently for 1.5hrs but I was charged 2 hrs for the appointment. Not I'm out $130 for a massage I didn't even get. I know I didn't make the mistake of making a massage and forgetting because I have a full time job, go to school full time and have kids. It takes a lot of pre planning to have time to get a massage. I don't just make them causally.

I'm not sure about the other reviews, but I have yet to have an issue with the staff or customer service. The office manager was very polite and explained all the details of the membership. I like it here! If you go ask for Matthew. He is a great massage therapist! :)

I can't speak for everyone or every therapist but just had a couples massage with my girlfriend. I had Michael and damn it was good. One of the best massages I have received from the company and I've been a member for several years now. Perfect amount of pressure and very relaxing. It was great. Wish I lived closer and could come back more often but I will be sure to come back and visit here again for a massage. Thank you.

Good customer service and good therapists when you find the right person/pressure level.
The company, however, raises your monthly rate. Mine rose from $59/month to $79/month after a year.
