We have 3 cats. One had a hard-to-diagnose illness, which they were able to identify. Another cat has only one kidney - they showed us the xray! Their office is really busy, but they make themselves available. Highly recommend.

Took my dog boots in for a drop off appointment for what looked like ring worm they kept him for 7 hours just to prescribe antibiotics and to give a updated rabies shot and failed to do a skin test which I thought they were doing .vet said it was not necessary because it did not look bad because he had hair growing from the affected area few days pass and it's worse dog perfusely licks and scratches now my son has two areas on his body with ring worm. I called this morning and they want to charge me to take boots in for a check up which should've been conducted the first time I hope they make this right. I feel like going in front of the store and protesting that nobody use this place for there dogs ....note I had money to pay for skin test never asked for them not to do a skin test to save me money but took vets advice and now his condition is worse my son has ringworm and now I have to take my Sunday to address this issue thanks for nothing banfield pet hospital ..............wow so I take boots in at 9 to the office and the secretary asked me if she could help me ,I told her I was going to wait to see a vet she then told me that the vet would be in at 9:30 am so I took a seat and the next thing I know a group of police officers walk in and surround me asking what was going on told them I was waiting for the vet and that my dog is getting worse and he needed to be seen. Banfield then proceeded to tell the officers that they refuse to do business with me and that they wouldn't see boots. I seriously recommend going somewhere else my dog is like my kid and hate to see him suffer shame on you banfield

In 2016, we rescued two puppies and were recommended Banfield because they are not only very good, but they're close to just about every military base nationwide. We weren't let down.
Dr. Brown recommended we put both on a wellness plan and it has saved us SOOOO much money as we have had an emergency visit for our German Shepherd lab. They handle our dogs really well and are very patient and kind. Lord knows they have a ton of energy and don't love going to the vet, but they e really warmed up to Dr. Brown. She knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the dogs. She gives it to you straight, which I super admire as well.

When you care more about getting money than making sure that an animal is on the way to recovery, a problem arises. Would never go here. Would give 0 stars if able.

Absolutely THE WORST vet I have ever been too. They tried to charge me $140 dollars for a prescription that cost $40 at Costco. And after we had a TERRIBLE time at their office all day they were supposed to call in the prescription to Costco. Except the vet Dr Kelly saw a bad Google review that my wife wrote about them and didn't fill it. He then called and wanted to know why we had a bad expiereince. The next day we walked in and I calmly asked the desk girl to have the prescription called into Costco like he was supposed to yesterday AND THEN THE POLICE SHOWED UP. Apparently they were threatened by my wife's Google review. The officer said that this was ridiculous and left. We're contacting corporate. I am disgusted.
