This review is for the pet grooming section. They do great work on the pets, and I have used them for the past 4 years or so. The reason I am giving them a 3 star for a 5 star service is because they occasionally do not input the appointment times and I showed up for my appointment (on time) and I was not in their system. They looked me up by my phone and they confirmed that no appointment was entered. I asked them how I could avoid this in the future and they told me the only way I could get a confirmation is either by using the online appointment system or by stopping by the pets store. Getting a phone appointment carries no guarantee or confirmation....in short they will do nothing for you except make you another appointment and then they give you confirmation card. This, of course is not acceptable but at least now I know.

This review is for Kellie in the grooming department. I have a Maltese that hates to be long, but I'm extremely picky when it comes to groomers. Kellie is simply amazing, and tends to my fur baby with care as if it was her own. If you decide to get your dog groomed here, ask for Kellie! She won't disappoint.

I always get my cat food here for my indoor cat and this fish bowl decoration was so cute I almost bought a fish!

This PetSmart definitely needs more employees. The store was not busy at all, but I had to wait in line to check out. The inventory system didn't seem to be up to date either as I saw a couple people having complications in dealing with price discrepancy.
