Disgusting. Waited over an hour to wait another hour for skin tag removal. The MA kicked a family out of another room so we could switch to the room they should Ve originally put us in.

What's worse? Bugs. EVERYWHERE. I'm sitting next to a huge dead spider that the staff ignored and lots of earwigs just crawling around. I have never been to such a disgusting place. Changing doctors asap.

HORRIFIED.

Saw dr. Keefe today. She would not listen to me about my symptoms and I had other issues going on that I didn't get a chance to talk about with her. Glad she isn't my PCP. I've never had a problem with st Luke's til today.

We love Dr. Crownson and been with him for 7 years! He's the best ever.

Terrible receptionist. Ended up going elsewhere - I've lived all over the place and established care many times & I don't have the time or energy to work with unhappy people on the phone. Probably have great doctors, but the front end is who you spend lots of time with on the phone, etc.
