Doctor made the right call. My wife had an appendix burst, and the doctor called an appendix issue after a simple test. Sent us straight to an ER, and didn’t charge us anything.

Physician didn't seem to know what she was talking about or offer any help whatsoever. Complete waste of time, going to go to St Luke's and see a real doctor.

My son broke his finger on a Friday night. We took him in on Saturday morning. We were in and out (including x-rays and referall) in one hour. The Nurse Practicioner was really nice and he spoke to my 10 year old about his care.

I think I'm done with this place. Last Fall my wife was mis-diagnosed with a pulled muscle in her leg. What ended up being vasculitis and loss of 50% kidney tissue, surely wasn't diagnosed from this place. Then last week I took my daughter there, and they diagnosed her with strep/staff & sent us home with antibiotics - ended up in ER later that night, where they said there is no infection, no fever, and to stop taking the antibiotics. This place seems to be nothing more than the front end of Walgreen's pharmacy.

I have gone through a lot of places and a lot of doctors! But found Dustin to be the best doctor I have had. He explained everything and made since, very friendly, and knowledgeable (should be the 1st thing I listed). I have type one diabetes and have never been one to care for my doctors all that much now I finally have a facility where everyone is so nice and helpful, I got an appointment in a timely manner. The nurse was amazing as well went over every detail to make sure she didn't miss anything, didn't rush us, very sweet to my family and child who tagged along. Very helpful! Best experience I've had in Idaho and 13 years !
