I'm reading some of the negative reviews and I'm blown away. My husband has been to the ER at St. Luke's in Nampa 6 times in 5 years with 3 visits in the past year and a half and has always received the best care from an amazing staff starting at the reception desk. I would highly recommend this facility. Also, the care he receives from his PCP and the 6 different specialist he sees on a regular basis is beyond reproach. You know they truly care about his well being and we have every confidence he's receiving quality care from a group of docs that will not give up on him. We were with Saltzer previously and if we had stayed with them my husband would be dead!

I just brought my son here last night when his temperature was 102.9 and crying non stop. I was freaking out. I took him to the ER and the wait wasn't bad, the staff was so friendly and the doctor that saw us, Dr. Mark Briggs, was not only patient with my questions but with my son's constant struggling as well while he tried to check his ears. It turned out that my son had an inner ear infection and instead of ordering pointless tests, this amazing doctor went right ahead and told me exactly what the problem was and took care of it. I'll definitely go back there and even ask for the same doctor if I can! Thank you so so much Dr. Briggs, you've restored my faith in emergency rooms!

I've gotten good care at St Luke's before but last night I felt humiliated when I wasn't taken seriously at all. Before I went in there was a huge crack or pop in my back between my shoulder blades and then extreme pain. I can barely move my arm and every time I do it feels like something shifts and then more pain. The doctor they gave me, Amy S Baruch, MD came in, said it was probably a muscular pain and that I wouldn't need x-rays, didn't even move my arm, just pressed where I told her it didn't hurt, and confirmed it was muscular. She then sent me home with a low dose of ibuprofen. Not even a prescription, just one, low dose pill. I was there for less than an hour, and don't think they were rushed, there were two cars in the parking lot, no one in the waiting rooms. It was very quiet. So, even if she happens to be right that it was just a strain, which I am not confident about because she didn't do any sort of exam and the weird shifting feeling, it did absolutely nothing to ease my fear that something is wrong, it made my fear of seeking medical attention when I know I need it worse, and I am still in so much pain I can't move my arm. Thanks a lot Amy, thanks a lot St. Luke's.
EDIT: Since this review the pain continued and got worse. Of course I didn't care to trust St. Lukes again so I went elsewhere. My shoulder was clearly dislocated. You couldn't tell by looking at it but if she had bothered to feel it it would have been so obvious. Once my shoulder was put back in place I was fine. No more severe pain like that, just a little soreness. I have my complete range of motion back and the shifting feeling is completely gone. Never going back to St Lukes, they are a joke that they did no sort of exam and missed something so obvious.

There is some good people that work there.. There was no one there waited in the lobby 10 min.. And when I say no one there must of been a sign.. Should have never went to the back... There was a very short blonde headed nurse that works there..this lady is in the wrong job.. Dr Franklin.. Sorry man but when you are telling a patient what is wrong with them.. Keep your cell in your pocket.. When you pulled that phone from your pocket and emergency or not start talking to them and walk out the door... And never came back in... Your in the wrong job... Verizon call center is hiring.. People go to the meridian st. Luke's don't waste their time there.. Too Bizzy on the phones to take care of you.. I will never go there.. Ever
