I would give them a zero if i could. First there was no line and they parked me which didn't really bother me but then i waited 15 mins for them to not bring me my whole order then they argued with me about a breakfast jack that was clearly not in my bag and proceeded to call me a liar!! Why would i wait that long just for that and they parked me i didn't park and come in and complain! This graveyard crew is the worst!!! And it was a manager at that. Think it was racial motivated!!! I will never go to this jack in the box again!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Never been so upset!!!!

The new havarti & grilled onion ribeye burger was really good and had alot of flavor. Great selection of drinks and friendly service.

I lost count how many times these people screwed up my order. I don't have enough fingers and toes to count that high. But when they do get it right, I'm fairly satisfied.

They always mess up my order! No Mayonnaise!!!! I tell them numorous times every time! I only go because my husband likes it!

My fiance has gotten food poisoning twice from here. The younger manager is a complete jerk and she can't stop complaining about her job and the staff are extremely rude and attrocious. I got rotten tacos 2 times from them and they wouldn't take them back. The fries are absolutely way old and for sure not hot enough to safely serve and I highly doubt other foods are unsafe to serve I've gotten considering the food poisoning. They also wouldn't help me when they screwed up my order. They also allowed sick staff to work that were way too sick causing me to get sick I will be in contact with the health department since this place is filthy as well.
