I don't eat here because the owner of the franchise is a big game/Trophy hunter. I do not and will never support this. I urge others to stray from this disgusting company owner and to never support his business.

Kind employees. We made a big mess, soda everywhere and the employees didn't draw attention or make a big deal. Instead they offered us to move to a clean area and then they cleaned swiftly and descreatly. Thank you.

Sadly this jimmy johns doesn't compare to the others in the valley. The floor is gross, an employee walked over and got ice and it spilled all over the floor, she took her foot and brushed it to the side and walked away, there is so much trash behind the counter, it wasn't even safe,! Floor in the lobby was dirty, and hardly any chips. I hate to think how clean my food is. Obviously no owner or decent manager on premise. Needs to be turned over to the health department!

Sandwiches are 5 stars but our recent experience with a bulk order was disappointing. Mistakes happen but mistakes need to be handled courteously and maybe an apology. I'll still eat here as this was our only negative experience.
