They closed boise store ! We just went there a month ago to get pizzas. Why!?!?!?!

We love the pizza at Noble Romans. Even the plain cheese is better than most because they add some spice to the cheese so the flavor is excellent. We also enjoyed their tomato Parmesan and the veggie and supreme. The one thing that they are lacking is customer service. The people who work there are really inexperienced. They have gotten our order wrong all three times we have ordered. The first time we paid $1 extra to get the pizzas cooked, only to pick them up uncooked. The next time we got the wrong pizza, and last night I ordered and was told 30 minute wait time. I went in 30 minutes and they lost the order, then they found it and realized they were out of X large size pizza and had to make more dough so we had to go back again to pick it up. No apologies about the mix up. They should have called me as soon as they realized they were out of the X large pizza size. But...we love the pizza so we will go back, its just frustrating how incompetent the workers are.
