Everyone is so nice here. On several occasions I have left this Panda thinking, "now that's customer service!" Great job!

I want to start by saying that I do love Panda Express! But, this location is not good. The service is terrible. We went in and ordered, they stated that we would have to wait on the orange chicken, which was totally fine! What bothered me was that while we waited we saw the lady who was helping another cutomer drop our egg rolls that the gentlemen helping us set aside with our other items on the floor. Granted they were in a package. She didnt know who they belonged to so she just unpackaged them and set them back under the warmer. The second time we went in they forgot all the teriyaki sauce and my orange chicken. So, sadly this isnt a place I would recommend. I do like the other locations and I do like Pandas food dont get me wrong! Its just this location!

Food is FANTASTIC and the staff is very nice! Bilingual employees is a major plus!!!

Every time I have ordered from this Panda Express the service and food is horrible. I keep going back hoping things would change but they have yet to do so. Today is going to be the last time I visit this location. Save your time and money and drive the extra couples miles to go to another Panda Express.

Good stuff, except my friend didn't get a fortune in his cookie. And his honey walnut shrimp was soggy. My food was good though, so 4 stars for you.
