Everything was fine food was hot. Did have to wait a while for it though.. Customer service was horrible, looked like manager was in parking lot talking to friends and other associate with our food stood thereand talked to them as well. Probably won't be back. Updated to 1 star. Got home and didn't get the chicken tenders like we ordered. We got thighs and breasts.. We called the store 3 times and no one answerwd.

Went there intending to get there popcorn special, there was a note on the door that they were out ( ok fine I knew they were out of it) then I say you use to have $5 box specials? They say that was last months special. Ok I'll have the Jambalaya rice bowl, I'm sorry that didn't get preped last night so we don't have that. Then we waited a long time for our food while the people who ordered after us walked out with there HUGE to go order! Cars driving away in the drive through with their food also. Then someone else tried to order something that they were also out of. There menu is pretty pricey as well!

Food isnt that great the manager was really rude. This place will go under if they dont turn things around real quick. Very disappointed.

Food is a hit or miss. This location never has chicken ready . There's always a 5-10 min wait to get your food ... so much for fast food Customer service is non existent .. prices are pretty steep for the portion of food you get.. I'll do the drive to another Popeyes

The cashier was gone for several minutes before he came back and took our order. Food took a long time, and he hollered from the counter that it was ready instead of just bringing it the ten steps to where we were sitting. This place always subs too many wings. Lackadaisical staff gets old sometimes. I wish they cared what customers thought here.
