First thing we walked in and all I could smell was fart I swear it stank so much we laughed. Not a lot of people so it's fine. Nope the guy we ordered from was a robot. We sar down and the window next to is we could see the drive thru was going so slow. It was unmoving. So then ten minutes pass and we are still waiting. Joking that it is supposed to be fast food. Twenty minutes in we are getting quite inpatient. People that got here before us are just now getting there food, and even one group that was there before us was waiting really long and being very patient. But around 30 minutes I had to use the restroom and so did my brother so we all came back at around the same time and just sat the rest of the twenty minutes complaining of how disgusting they were. ( they also say that they check them every half an hour. Obviously not). A total of 40ish minutes to where we got so impatient that my dad just got and said to ask for a refund. Just to get an excuse of the same robot guy saying "I didn't call your name because I didn't see you." ??? You call it out anyways! And the lady sitting behind us heard us and yet she got her food in about 5 minutes. So no please do not come here!!!

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and there was literally nothing at all inside of it. Such a giant waste of money.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the world! I witnessed a male employee using the ladies room....and the smell was unbearable. We waited over 15 minutes just for someone to take our order. Inexcusable.

Guendolen and her two colleagues deserve medals. We waited over 30 mins for a meal. The restaurant was packed with customers waiting just as long. This was at 1430, so not exactly peak time.
