Only place available for most pet emergencies, very expensive, they have a beautiful salt water tank to watch while you wait!

I have been taking my pets there for a few years now. The service there has drastically declined. I call on 17 October to get my pets meds refilled. A call me back five days later on the 21st. Only to tell me that they needed to see my dog for a refill. I will not be using their services anymore. And if you love your pets like I do recommend you do not use or services either they do not seem to care about my pets the way I do..

SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!!! When you call this number it will take you to Dr. K's pet clinic, which is located at the same address just a different name. Worst experience I have ever had! The Nurse was rude and got mad at my daughter for watching her take my dog's pulse. Nothing was resolved and everything that was done could had been solved over the phone. We called other vets and they were helpful, this one just wanted my money and didnt care. The supposed DR didnt even look at him, came in coughing and said to come in tomorrow so they can put the dog under to look up his nose and they charged me for coming to their office and doing nothing.

I came here to spay and install a micro chip to track my Jack Russell. Well it turned out that she was already spayed and they still cut her open I had no idea she was already spayed, and apparently neither did the so called "doctor"(no scar). He charged me an arm and a leg for the unnecessary procedure and to top it all off the micro chip fell out that night. He is either incompetent or he likes to take advantage of people.
