I use this clinic for most of my medical needs rather than a Doctor's office and have always found them kind, professional and have never had to wait too long. The staff are very caring and go above and beyond what is necessary to make your experience there a good one.

My visit to this clinic was, by all standards, professional, efficient and welcoming. The staff and the PA that attended me were warm , the facility was well set up and the staff took time to answer questions and make me feel well cared for. I would definitely return there and recommend it to others.

I cut my finger badly while working on a construction project in Naples.
The EPN Urgent Care was the closest location I could find for emergency treatment. I don't think I could have made a better choice.... I walked in the front door, blood all over me not knowing if I could even get the kind of help I needed. Half hour later I was in a nice little mini ER with really competent people sewing my finger back together..Two days later I went back for a check up, it was busy but I was in and out in like 40 minutes..I think this is a great place for small medical emergencies...All the staff I've met seem down to earth and professional. This is a very high quality walk in clinic...

The staff is rude and uncaring. Mainly the women at the front window. I have come here a few times and it's always the same. They act as if you're an inconvenience for them. If you can't hear them over the white noise boxes they have obnoxiously running in the front office, they get an attitude. How dare they have to repeat the question. The Dr.s on the other hand have always been good. This will be the last time I bring my business to EPN. It's not worth it.
