It took them an hr and half to deliver food 2.8 miles away. The food was cold and chewy. Crab Rangoon had very little flavor. Will probably not order here again.

okay the lady that answers the phone is so rude, and hung up on me three times, when I was only asking her what my delievery times was. When I asked to speak to a manager when she finally answered she told me she was charging me more on my food (thank god I didn't pay card) and slammed the phone down then 10 seconds later hung up again. Hung up on total of 4 times. Bs dude. Terrible, terrible service. Outshines the food. Pity. Don't eat there.

Girl on the phone is very abrupt and doesn't repeat order back, let you know your price or even ask how you're paying. Instead of "I'm sorry, I didn't understand your address" I received "HUH? I can't understand you. What?!" I called back to ask for extra sauces and they never answered. I'm honestly just impressed the delivery guy actually found my house without having to call me.

Worst customer and delivery service!!!!! I called to order food and the woman that answered was just so impatient. Not only was I not able a thing she was saying and she was just so irritated. Ordered 21 dollars worth of food and she said it would take 40 minutes. She didn't ask how I was going to pay, she just hung up. An hour later the delivery man showed up and I opened, gave him my card. He was so mad and told me that I should have paid over the phone. I told she did not ask and I grabbed my phone to call to make he payment. He turned around and placed the food on the floor. I was so upset and asked why would you put the bag of food on the floor, he took it back to his car. They woman answered and took the payment. The man came back and I said it's paid, he said tell her to call me. I was very upset but I still managed to call her back and told her to call him. She never called and he decided to call her. He then came to my door and gave me a piece of paper to sign. I said I don't have a pen, he told me to go to his car, mind you I have only socks on. I said no I'm not going outside. I already paid for the food and you have debited my card so give me the food. He turned around and took the food back to the car and I closed my door. Called the restaurant and told them to put back my money to my card and she told me "if you want money back come to the restaurant." Smh 🤦♂️, never again..
