The morning crew is horrible, I wasn’t even greeted before they took my order and when they gave me my order they didn’t say have a nice day. It’s like they only hire zombies there.

Staff was friendly and the place has some very relaxing chairs/couch, especially if traveling.

We only stop one time on our trips from Tampa to Miami to visit with family and it has been this dunkin that we stop for a coffee and before getting on alligator Alley and liked the place, but not the last few times. The filled doughnuts we're old and stale and paleez fill those babies up for crist sakes. And the service not good. The girl was cleaning the bottom of the shelfs near the floor and without washing her hands was going to touch my food. Don,t think so! Both girls did not want to be there for sure. Terrible food and customer service.

Horrible service, it was obvious the attendant didn't want to be there and was not taking proper care of the products. The milk on the frozen coffee was spoiled. Definitely I won't be coming back.
