We love the pizza! Staff is very efficient and friendly. Savory selection of pizza and subs! Our favorite sub is the the steak and mushroom! Cinnamon squares are always a treat!

The pizza was pretty good and the restaurant was pretty nice for a takeout place. But the service could have been a little bit better. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The staff didn't seem very friendly and it seems like I was bothering them anytime I had to ask them for something. There was no silverware out on the tables and there was no cheese or pepper or any other toppings for the pizzas out on the table. So, I had to request these things at the front counter as we needed them. Upon request they did have some garlic butter which is very good on the pizzas similar to what you would get from Papa Johns. So, the 4-star rating is for the quality of the pizza. I think most people go here for takeout and will be pleased with the pizza. But if you're eating in the restaurant I wouldn't expect too much as far as service.

My family and I have frequented this particular MARCOS once per week. Everything has always been great until today. We placed the usual order for pickup and the lady on the other end of the phone must have been new, we repeated the order a couple times and they still got it wrong. We picked it up and brought it home with all other items that that we purchased. Upon getting home we saw that the pizza was not thin crusted , it was usual crust. We must have repeated the order three times to the lady on the phone and they still got it wrong! So, we called and they offered to remake the pizza. We go about 8 miles out of our way to visit Marcos. So, after being home we had to pack the pizza up because they asked us to bring it back! So, we did just that . We took the pizza they took it and provided us with the right one. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SAY SORRY!!!
I will not be going here anymore.
I at least deserve a sorry, for wasting my gas to go back and fix their mistake!
They have lost my business.
