As always, the best karaoke in Nashville, probably Davidson Co., maybe even Middle Tennessee. No joke..., the sound is second to none . Drop by and let Sam rock your karaoke world and Katrina will serve you up some great down home, "Eastside" hospitality and brew...! The biggest little, most happening bar in all of north, south, west and East Nasty!!!

Good small town feeling. The crowd has changed over the years, but it's still enjoyable. Very limited seating. So if you come with more than 5 people, it could get crowded with the normal crowd there.

I've lived in this neighborhood for 4 & a half years. My boyfriend and I walked in with the idea that he would sing some karaoke and we would wrap up our Saturday evening. We have never felt more judged. The guy running karaoke was a douche. When white trash stops playing nice it looses its appeal. It gets sad real fast. What a bummer.

I love this bar! Bartender is the coolest, sweetest little lady! Hometown feel. They have karaoke, which I love! I sing all over Nashvile. Larry's, Ms. Kitty's and other other local bars. I would have given Fran's five stars, had it not been for the karaoke aspect and advertisement. The karaoke guy made me give them less. He is far less than what should be acceptable. They need to step their game up in the karaoke host, and they'll have it made and he as competitive as the rest! He was very rude, he skips over people and does not at all even come close to what a standard karaoke DJ/host should. He has no knowledge of song selections. But othet than the karaoke shortage? Service is impeccable. Drinks will never be empty. Atmopsphre is exactly what is expected of a local dive bar...fun, local and the eccentric. But if they're going to advertise as a karaoke bar, they should get a decent host. The guy who does it now is not even close to meeting standards.
