I can't begin to describe the horrible experience. I normally LOVE Hooters' food, but this was awful. First off, there are only a hand full of tables on a Wednesday night, but it takes 45 minutes to get our food. There are 4 of us, only 3 of our meals come out. It took 55 minutes to get the 4th dish. The manager was not nice by any means. She offered to comp the late meal which is fine. We get a couple to go boxes, the waitress brings it back with a ROACH on it. We brought it to her attention, the manager comes back. Offers to discount the remaining meals with no apologies. I cannot believe these people are in business. It was very disappointing. Not to mention the very elderly man at the bar that was passed out, but was continuously being served. It was very sad and pathetic. Never again.

This is not a chain store so I loved it. The sauces are still good like the old style ones you can't get in chain stores and the quality in my eyes is much better. I loved the old style logo art as well great stop for me as a Hooters food fan!

Very good food, especially the wings. Service wise, I would say it was only Courtney who seemed to do any work, yet still our food was delivered on time. Overall it is what one would expect from a hooters

Worst Hooters experience I’ve had. It took 3 tries to get my drink order right. Coming from a former hooters girl looking for some comfort food, I will not be back.

We came here at about 10pm... Just getting done with Broadway! I thought we going to have drinks and appetizers... Our waitress was on her phone most the time... Never came after the food came out.. I mean i love hooters but damn dont slack off your last 2 hours .... Smh... Likely will come back but at a busy time so we can get some good customer service
