I had a pleasant experience at this Logan's Roadhouse - Elliston location. We had a party of 4 in our group and everyone enjoyed our dinner visit.
As usual, the rolls were hot, buttery, and flavorful. You do not need butter , jam or anything to enjoy their rolls. I could them as a meal alone. Although our meals were good, it seems to me that ALL Logan's Roadhouse locations just don't know how to cook steak to its proper temperature. For as long as I remember, I have to order my steaks "rare" in hopes of getting the correct temperature of "medium rare." However, my steak came out medium well again. Oh well! I guess this is the expectation I should have for this restaurant.
My steak may have been done incorrectly, but the service was very good. Our server was attentive, focused, and very courteous. She stopped by often to check on our table. Her service overshadowed the steak issue which is why I rated this visit a 4-stars.
I would recommend this restaurant.

I thought the restaurant in Mobile Al was awful but this too the prize. No hostess at the front, but finally got seated sat there twenty minutes waiting on drinks another fifteen minutes for order to be taken with only four tables with customer's. Waitress was more interested in what was going on in bar area.long story short had to ask about food and it was cold when it came out. She was irritated because we told her the food was cold and snatched up plates and while walking off mumbled I have them remake it. No thank you and we walked out. I have worked in hospitality industry and you need to clean house or you won't be in business much longer in my opinion. No one in control and no one cares.

Wish I could give zero stars. Service is horrible. Waitress took forever. Saw another one coming out of the kitchen area putting food in her mouth. There was barely anybody in the restaurant. Waited and waited and waited for rolls. Waitress came by 3 times saying she was getting rolls. Never brought them. She kept being more attentive to other customers who were more her skin tone. I don't know a nicer way of saying it. This place used to be good. I won't be back!

The location appears to have a great bar, so if that's what you're looking for, give it a shot. The restaurant as a whole has a threadbare, worn out feel and service is spotty. Some absolutely fantastic people, but also a few clunkers. Front of house appears to be poorly managed. The food itself is the solid chain steakhouse fare you'd expect from any Logan's, decently cooked. It's not bad, just not the best Logan's in a city full of locations.
There's nothing wrong that can't be fixed in six months with some investment of money and training. It's also the Summer as I rate it, the off season for this location near Vanderbilt University, so perhaps it's in a bit of a lull.

There Amazing. The fish was so delicious, the sides were so tasty. Mom said the chicken was cooked well, and was so good. Her sides were just right. Best host/server ever. My mom loves this place, but she's allergic to peanuts go figure. They cleaned the table just for her. They got us what ever we needed. Great managers, host, servers. They were so polite. It's a must to eat here. Thank you again so much.
