STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I've had to bring my car back the last few times over something they did not do right, and my car is still not right. I come here because it's right down the street from my work and convenient, but NEVER AGAIN. If I do have to come back over their mistake, I'll be bringing my lawyer. I've never been so frustrated and irritated with a business to write a bad review. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! After reading all the reviews, most of the bad reviews are with the service department. They need to be investigated!

Stay away from the service department. I'm glad I did ask the cost of oil change and alignment before I dropped off my Nissan: oil change was $175 plus tax, I did mention my previous cost $59,99 plus tax at Cool Springs Nissan and showed my receipt from previous oil change all they said *I would stick with Cool Springs Nissan* and I did stick with them and I'm glad I did, paid again $59,99 plus tax! Thank you for the advice!

This place is amazing. The staff and service is phenomenal. They make you feel like family. This is definitely the go-to place to get your vehicle (New, Used, or Service!!)

Amazing dealership! Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Always willing to work the best deal and find what your want. Fast service department too. Love the managers and salespeople. Easy access to get to in Nashville
