I came to this hospital after I fell and received a knock to my head. The service I received was first class and very efficient from the moment I arrived. All the staff where fantastic and it would rate as the best hospital I have been to. Highly recommended.

Excellent birthing experience for the birth of our second grandchild. I felt very confident in each member of the staff. They handled every aspect in a throughly professional, yet warm manner. I did not meet a single staff member, in any capacity, from housekeeping, food services, nursing to physician who wasn't thoroughly friendly and confident. Thankful!

The hospital staff were super friendly and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. They really went above and beyond and made a huge difference for me during a stressful time. The room I stayed was also clean and comfortable. A big thank you to TriStar and their amazing staff, you guys are amazing.

I was forced to go to this hospital and they placed me on a 6404 hold due to my past medical history and a note that I'd written. They assumed the note was suicidal so they placed me in a room with no TV. I'm pretty sure it was an old supply closet but that's a different story. My "nurse" ,Lindsey J Baird, was very rude and unprofessional the entire time. She insisted and expressed to me, my mother, and father, that I'd be released from the hospital in 72 hours but I ended up finding out from another rude nurse that this "6404 hold had not expiration. Imagine my frustration! I showed no signs of being suicidal or homicidal, stuck in a room with no TV to keep me occupied, I'm pretty sure I was the only patient in the pshyc section without one. I asked for my patients rights around day two, 12 o'clock pm, I didn't receive any paperwork until 7pm during shift change. Everyone at the reception desk and "nurse" Lindsey kept giving me the run around with giving me my rights and telling me how long I would be there. There was also an incident where the phone at the front desk, which was directly across from my room, kept ringing back to back and something told me it was either my mom or dad calling but no one answered. After shift change, I'd asked nurse Rose to use the phone to call my mom, my mom told me that she was trying to call for three hours and no one answered, also found out that I couldn't have visitors which no one informed me about until a day later. Worst 5 days of my life. Lindsey J Baird was the worst nurse ever

My husband was taken to the ER for a broken arm Humerus bone. They attempted to put what they called a splint on..Well they put the so called splint on his forearm that was not broken. He asked why they were putting it on his forearm because his Humerus bone was broke. Got some kind of swelling excuse. When he got back home went a walk in clinic and got a correct splint put on his upper arm where the break was. The so called splint TriStar put it on was so far down on my husband hand it was cutting his hand it wasn't correctly wrapped. It was incorrectly put on and then put on the wrong part of the broken arm. They didn't have a correct sized sling so they used a bed sheet. He told them his arm did not feel secure at all they told him what they had done was all they could do, they needed his room for emergency and to go back out to the waiting room. Didn't give him any pain medicine either.
