It is a very nice hotel. Grand entrance, downtown close to everything. The hotel has a few restaurants and bars. It has a very friendly staff and lovely comfortable rooms. They put a little extra effort in making you feel welcome.

The world is ending!!!! The spaz of a manager interrupted our dinner to tell us our service dog was barking and that we needed to return to the hotel to quiet her down. Then when we returned later she had locked us out of our room in order to get us to come to the front desk to sign a pet policy. For $3000 for a 3 day weekend stay our visit has been soured by such an awful handling of the situation. She was rude on the phone and the took it to an all new level of low class to lock us out of our room. We will never stay at an Omni again. Before telling me to call and talk to the manager on duty, save your gesture. It is not necessary in the least. Let my review speak for itself. Beware if you have a service animal in this hotel. They don’t like at all if they can’t make extra money off you, even when you pay $1000 a day to stay here.

A beautiful hotel! Very clean with all the amenities you would expect minus free WiFi. I only gave them a four star rating because the beds we're not the best. Mind you, they weren't bad but I have been in cheaper hotels with beds that felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. These were not that. I really enjoyed the hot tub and roof top pool area. I would stay again just to spend the day there in the sun.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
Great hotel overall. For the price though, a few more comps would've been appreciate. All of the other 5 star hotels I've stayed at were significantly more generous. If not for that, I would've rated 5 stars.

The people that work there were the nicest , best people I have dealt with in awhile. However, for the outrageous charge , I expected so much more. My shower leaked and flooded the bathroom and was told, we knew about that and it will be fixed soon , but not during my stay. I had to shower with the shower head pointed to the wall so that it wouldn't flood again. WiFi was $10 per day. For the price if the room, that takes a lot of guts. My cable cut out last night during the ninth inning of a great baseball game , never to return. My room wasn't made up the first day until 6:30 pm, and I had to call twice to get them to look at the shower. It was very disappointing. I will not go back, and I will.make sure my friends and relatives that visit in the future , will not go there.
