My mom wanted to visit here to take pictures. It was easy to get there and the staff inside was friendly. Nice little bar in the lobby

The hotel is just beautiful on the inside. The room we were in had a ridiculously high ceiling and giant windows, very recent furniture, and was spotless. The whole place was wonderfully quiet all night despite the fact that our room overlooked I-40.

I am not kidding when I say that this place is haunted. I personally experienced it and I usually don't believe in such stuff. Apart from that, the over all experience was great. Don't be scared, they won't hurt you :)

Great overall experience staying here. The hotel staff, service, and food was great. Most importantly, staying here during a trip to Nashville is basically a tourist attraction in itself. They did a great job restoring and converting the station into a hotel and kept numerous historic components to give it a very authentic, grand feel. If you are not staying here the building is worth just stopping into to check it out at the least. Location could not be better, just out of the way of all the commotion but just a few minutes walk to the river, hockey stadium, and the famous downtown area.

The hotel is beautiful with so much character. I won't stay there the next time I come to Nashville because of the accounting department. I had a charge of more than $80.00 for parking (my daughter and I both stayed, so two cars) on my outgoing bill. I didn't realize that each car that was parked was a $40 charge, not included in price of room. They also mistakenly charged me for a room tax that was only found when I saw it on my bank statement. When I called the hotel, they re-routed me three times with intermittent "on hold" episodes. Even though they acknowledged that it was their mistake, they wanted me to call another number and go through the whole process, again. At this point, I gave up because the charge was not worth my time.
The in-house staff could not have been nicer. Everyone that I dealt with at the hotel was pleasant and efficient. I was fine until all the charges that I received after I left.
