Probably the closest park to Downtown Nashville if you want to get away and have a beautiful area with rolling logs, shaded trees, and a pond in the center. It's circular, so it attracts many people who like to walk, bicycle, or jog. A nice little Oasis practically right in the city

Nashville's greenway is amazing. If you want to talk an easy walk on paved walkways through the woods - check. If you want go on the actual grass greenways through the woods - check. Everyone is nice, the views are great, and if you want to bring your bike or pick up a rental at the bike stands - it is super easy

Great park. Plenty of recreation opportunities, watched the eclipse here, clouds parted just in time

I love Shelby park! It has a lot of community activities and walking/riding/running trails. They also have a dog park a that is a pretty good size. Also, you can rent a bike and ride over to Two Rivers Park for the day. Perfect place to have fun and relax!
