From the 1st moment I walked in the door I knew I was not in some of the God awful places I had been in the past. I was treated with respect, and genuine care! When I was told to go in the Counselors office I was over joyed! As anyone with "real" pain knows it leads to anxiety, depression, and just a lack of joy! She was amazing! Then after meeting Dr. Kirk, Leslie, Mr. Arnett, I knew I had found my pain management home!! They took the time to go over my many problems, Kirk did a swab to check if my meds were working properly with my metabolites. We found that many meds would work properly within my system. Now to the BEST par,t in my book, onsite Physical Therapy!! You simply take the elevator downstairs and then you meet a man that knows his STUFF! Treats you with a smile, his receptionist is also great! In over 10years I have never had such great treatment options under 1 roof!! Now, all this being said. YOU have to want to get better!!! That means following the treatment plan that they give you. I had acupuncture done and it was soo relieving! I would suggest this Drs Office to anyone seeking long lasting results to there pain. I have under gone back surgery, titanium in my lower back with a plate and 4 screws, several herniated, bulged, and ruptured disc. Along with knee problems and a c4 bulge in my neck. Not only have they lowered my pain level, they have made me feel like more than a #, They truly care about everyone that walks in the door. If you have been going from Dr. to Dr. and not getting relief, come to Momentum and get all angles covered!!! Thanks to all the staff for being so good to me!!

You can feel the slime as soon as you drive up! Classic example of an investment group starting a medical clinic. This is what the owners would call "passive income" as the clinic is based off of the principle to hire the lowest level credentials that is allowed to bill medicare and other insurances. This is also accomplished by "hiring" medical doctors several states away to "sign off" on procedures. They feed off of drug seekers and the premises that they will do anything for the medications. They use this knowledge to put them through the insurance obstacle course, meaning anything that they can bill insurance for, they will push you through (just check out the services provided. Great business model, just not patient caring and the lowest level of providers means poor outcomes. And for those who are accustomed to getting their prescription filled and moving on, forget it here because there is just not enough money in it. "Everyone gets ... and ... and ..."

There's a doctor there that i found not so very caring about my issues. I'm a parapalegic , with a lot of pain, I've had to back surgeries, a broken leg with a rod in it, a broken shoulder with screws in it.And many other problems. And when I came to them, from another pain clinic , the medicine I was taking he had cut me back. And what kills me is there are people with nothing wrong with them at all walking around, that get way more medicine then I do. They didn't even get my xrays to see all the hardware that I have in my back.
