Edit: bumped up to 3 stars because the food was so good. I just wish they had better quality control on what went out the door and a better delivery service.
Unfortunately I'm done ordering from one of my favorite restaurants. 2 orders ago, they brought me a pizza sliced like cheese bread... yeah, they sliced the pizza in thin little slices like it was cheese bread. I've never seen anything like that. The delivery guy apologized and I accepted the pizza because I didn't want to wait an hour for a replacement, and also, as a one-off incident it's not a HUGE deal, although it was very weird.
They gave me a free pizza when I called in to let them know how the pizza was sent out (it should have never left the kitchen like that). I respect that and I thought we were done with the issues.
I called tonight to use my free pizza (as well as order several other menu items) and after 10 minutes on the phone, being handed off to multiple people and stating my order 3 separate times, I'm finally able to place my order and I'm told it will be "45 minutes, 1 hour to be safe." An hour and 30 minutes later, I call to check on where the pizza is. It's being put in the "warming box" now and coming out to me, 15 minutes max.
15 minutes later (almost 2 hours from our original order), we get LUKEWARM pizza that has obviously been sitting out for awhile.
I want to give Italia the benefit of the doubt and think that they have the best of intentions, but I'm not willing to try again after several subpar experiences.

Best garlic knots I’ve ever had! Staff is really friendly and they stayed open past their closing time to serve us. Definitely recommend!

Slow slow slow. If it's the only place open go buy some ingredients and make one yourself. Or just make a smoothie. It's not a place you'd make a special trip for; it's for when your desperate.

This a food over atmosphere type place. Nothing noteworthy of how this place looks except it's like an outdated restaurant you'd find in a small town. The food, though, was very good. Huge sandwich for a very reasonable price. I'd like to go back and try their pizza someday.

Owner is amazing! They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Big portions for price! Food is Amazing! The tomato sauce is made there and is the owners recipe, it is to die for!
