We had a wonderful experience, the services were amazing and the atmosphere is great.
My only complaint is that it’s incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone to actually book an appointment. It was nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, I always had to leave a message and wait for a call back so it turned into a game of phone tag.
Also, just a random thing, the tv in the lobby area was, I believe unintentionally, left on a channel showing a reality cop show which sort of took away from the calm atmosphere.
I would definitely visit again, if I could more easily book an appointment.

Patrice, Sam, and Yvonne were absolutely wonderful. We were able to get in on a cancellation, and these ladies helped my group and I have a lovely and memorable spa day.

Luv this place our 3rd time here, a must stop for us & anyone visiting Nashville. Misty again came through with the best body scrub & full massage. I made her work too, my upper back & neck had to be addressed and she did it. My wife with Sam had no complaints either her facial made her face glow, & Patrice's massage was well needed. Only downer was the owner Yvonne was not there to greet us, and for regular clients they know what i mean, but she was on a well deserved girls trip to FL See u next time Dennis & Debbie

We went for a couples massage for our honeymoon. They were wonderful. The sauna before was great and then the therapists were professional and provided amazing massages to fit our individual needs. Highly recommend Misty as she did my massage. My husband had Patrice and she was great with deep pressure. Overall, we will visit again when we visit Nashville again!

My best friend and I had an amazing experience here. We got pedicures and massages for her birthday and they treated us like queens! The staff went above and beyond to make her birthday special. They even gave us fresh baked cookies and sang Happy Birthday to my friend complete with a cupcake and birthday candle. Our pedicures by Brenda were excellent and we have never had a better massage than ours that day with Misty and Patrece. We were blown away by the kindness from the staff that day as well as the great spa experience. I would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back for our next spa day!
