Meg at Lakshmi is an amazingly talented yogi with a gift for teaching others. Her presence is both relaxing and inspiring. She has a passion and you can feel it every second of her class! Definitely one of Nashville's best yoga teachers.

Meg at Lakshmi Ayurveda is fantastic! Her studio is very relaxing and in a convenient area (Sylvan Park/Murphy Rd) within walking distance of food and other things to do. She is professional, attentive, and such a genuine person. Give her a shot you won't be disappointed!

Meg's studio and location are all perfect. Very easy to unwind and relax in Laskshimi! Meg is attentive and thorough in all her yoga teachings whether it's Vata or a restorative class, I always feel better than when I walked in! I also might add that her Indian Scalp massages are excellent as well!
