I was given a groupon gift certificate for my birthday in AUGUST. It is almost NOVEMBER! I have called a million times, emailed, gone by THREE times and no one responds to anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I have read on other reviews that they are actually out of business. I cannot get the $ back because Groupon wont allow me to swap to another Groupon as this was a "gift" and not under my account. RUN!

I would review thier services, but sadly, no one ever confirmed my appointment or would even contact me back via email/telephone when I had a schedule conflict.
This is the worst customer service I have ever been subject to. I would highly recommend AVOIDING at all costs.

I had been here twice before. Then I bought a groupon for 3 1-hour long massages. Showed up, no one there. Took days to track someone down only to find out they had closed the business and didn't tell anyone. DO NOT BUY A GROUPON TO THIS PLACE. Still trying to get my money back.

Made an appointment a month in advance when I knew I was going to be in town visiting. No one called to confirm so I assumed the appointment was still on. I called the same day to confirm and see if I could possibly change times. No one answered the phone and many times. Their website says they open at 9:00 am every day and Google says 11:00 on Sundays. Since no one was answering the phone I went by their space, no one answered the door. We waited around all afternoon for our appointment, showed up and NO ONE WAS THERE!!! I left a voice message and still have not received a call. If I could give this place a negative I would. Do not go to your appointment without speaking with someone first. We would have understood if they called and said they couldn't make it or needed to change the appointment, but they never did.

I had the absolutely best experience with Enoch! I normally don't like to talk during my massages however as Enoch was "working" he was educating me on what my body was telling him and what I could do to improve on my own!
Once the appointment was over he wrote down the names of the books, documentaries, and a contact for fermented products that we discussed during my session.
He didn't pressure me to book another appointment but encouraged me to take care of myself!
