Purchased a certificate for Evoke Spa and Salon in Clarksville, TN through this company. Apparently they oversold this salon's certificates and now the salon is too booked to honor these. Spa Buzz refuses to refund the money and the spa is refusing services. After calling 4 times during business hours, only to be unable to speak to a person(always forced to leave a message) I was offered a new certificate to a different salon but they are about an hour away and I'm extremely concerned they are just shifting me to another salon that is going to have the exact same problem! Will not purchase from them again and I've told (and will continue to tell) everyone about the horrible situation they've put me and many others in. I couldn't be more disappointed in Spa Buzz as well as Evoke.

Spa Buzz is a wonderful company that allows you to experience an incredible package for merely a fraction of the cost. Katie P. was a wonderful representative that answered all my questions and made me understand everything clearly. I would recommend this company to anyone - their packages are great!
