I've been waiting for 2 hours (: for a 20 minute (straight shot) drive to my job..and the despatchers have the nerve to give me attitude.

My taxi cab ride.

1) Called. Operator told me 10 minutes.
2) 1 hour later - cab comes
3) Doesn't speak english, can't spell
4) His credit card machine doesn't work
5) I'm late

My Lyft & Uber rides
1) car comes in 5 minutes
2) friendly person
3) payment is done through the app automatically.
4) I'm on time.

You have to be insane or in a wheelchair to use a traditional taxi. Might as well use a horse and buggy.

Customer Service is completely horrible. I called and made a reservation for pickup. An hour and a half goes by and I call back...they just tell me, "I dont know why one hasnt been dispatched to you yet, we've been real busy all day. So you can try back every ten minutes and see..." - Really?!?! - Thank you for making me late to work! Never using them again and you should do the same.

Unbelievably bad experience. I had an appointment at 11:30 this morning. I called and was assured that I would be picked up by 11:20. By 11:30 I called them back. I was then informed that they were still trying to assign me a cab and that I should call back every 5 minutes to check! No one bothered to contact me to let me know that they were not coming, I missed my appointment and did not even get an apology! If you want to get there, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
