Service is horrible. There's no flexibility, and the "payment forms," and having to either mail or call is ridiculous. And of course there's a fee for using a credit card. They should a way to pay online with a card, and without a fee. There has to be a better option for schools to use in a city this size.

BEWARE!!!!! Schools...Why do you force parents to use this shady company??? The lady who answers the phone is VERY rude.

BEWARE, BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE, this company has very questionable business practices. Their ways of making a profit and to keep a positive cash flow is built on trip cancellations. Be very cautious of their refund policy as their deadlines are unreasonable and they refuse to offer an option of a credit should you cancel a trip due to unforeseen situations. DO NOT GO INTO AN AGREEMENT BLIND THINKING THAT THIS COMPANY WOULD GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK- or work with you ! I have reported this company to the BBB as well as alerted my bank for fraudulent business transactions. you see one start rating only because this program would not allow me to post this buyer beware notice without giving them a star...

The cancellation is stated. But doesnt include mental health. They only gave me back half mu refund. At this point i should just pay $300 and let my kid go. Its pointless and dont expect any type of refund. U wont get it. Poor job of guiding oir children in the right direction.
