The staff have questioned my family's dietary choices on several occasions (we are vegan) and even said what I was doing was straight up wrong (Even when I brought a letter from my kids pediatrician). One woman actually said she wished WIC didn't accept soy milk (only cow's milk) because children that don't have cow's milk are malnourished! They also never tell me what paperwork or which one if my children to bring to appointments. As a result I have had to reschedule several times after taking time off from work to be there. They've ignored my children. They do everything so slowly as they watch me wrangle my kids to sit still until they're done asking mostly pointless questions.
