I guess the customer service was all right, no issue there, for me that is, but I did walk into an ALL STATE INSURANCE COMPANY BUT ENDED UP WITH COMMERCE, SAD POINT IS I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL I GOT MY FIRST BILL IN MAIL, AND WHEN I ASKED WHY, I WAS TOLD COMMERCE KEEPS YOU FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS THEN YOU BECOME ALL STATE CLIENT.....UMM KINDA CHEESY, BUT AFTER PAYING 260.00 FOR FIST 3 YEAR PERIOD, THEY SAID MY INSURANCE WOULD GO DOWN WELL IT DID 20.00 BUCKS, SO IT'S 240.00 A MONTH, THIS IS ACCIDENT FREE, TICKET FREE, NO ISSUES AT ALL.....SO I WENT ON LINE AND BEGAN SEARCHING, LOW AND BEHOLD PLYMOUTH ROCK CAME TO MY REASCUE, THEY SAID I WAS PAYING TOO MUCH FOR CAR INSURANCE, SO I SWITCHED TO PLYMOUTH ROCK, SAVINGS OF ALITTLE OVER 1,200 A YEAR.....IMAGINE THESE INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE SHADY, BUT I'M GOOD WITH PLYMOUTH ROCK, SAVE ME ALIL MORE THAN 100.00 A MONTH, THAT'S A SAVINGS THAT YOU CAN FEEL, NOT FREAKING PUNK 20.00, OHH AND F.Y.I. OPTION 1 AT ALL STATE DOES NOT COVER RENTAL, YOU NEED TO ASK FOR IT, ADDITIONAL 20.00 A MONTH...LOL..FUNNYMONEY

Got robbed of my money cause of them worst customer service ever! Upon entering the building to ask why i was charged a second time i was getting unwelcomed service the lady was mean and just kept raising her voice when i was simply asking why it happened.. 😠 worst company to get insurance from never again going to do my business else where.... and i never got my money back it was "credited" what a joke for customer service... i recommend not going to them unless you wanna get robbed for your money!

Customer service is terrible plus office looks pretty duty, feel sorry for Allstate, they don't deserve this type of representation!

Really ridiculous I called at 9:10 this morning and got an answering machine that says mailbox is full.I was looking to buy insurance and I will call elsewhere so much for the Allstate commercials how sad a giant like them can't keep their agents on the same team
