Someone came to my house to discuss rates, prices were agreed, and for a year I've been paying a monthly fee thinking I have coverage when I was never enrolled into anything. So for a year i have been paying for absolutely nothing. And I've consistently tried getting a hold of them to cancel and no one ever answers. So I keep getting robbed of money for no service every month.I had to pay a 1000 penalty for no health insurance plus they've taken well over 600 bucks from me. Not happy.
