The staff on this branch are very helpful and polite.
However, I would like to mention a very recent experience that I had with the manager of the bank, Nancy Cabral. I was very pleased with her professionalism. Shes listens carefully, and quickly comprehends our issues or complex matters... On my view she demonstrates a high level of competency in the skills and knowledge required. Also, she answered my two voicemails on same day and rapidly!
Is indeed, a pleasure to be part of your team!

Awesome staff. Very helpful. Stacy, Greta, NIcole, And Kelly I was very pleased and great professionalism. Seeing how they were with my aunt is the biggest reason why I changed banks. Thank You. And to the indivdual that help get my aunt get a copy of the 1099 mail out. Thank you

This is the slowest bank. 2 tellers and they took 10 minutes to cash a check for an account holder. Then they take a business account deposit. I have been waiting for30 minutes. Go to bank of america or a local bank.

Clean and friendly. I don't prefer this bank as a company though. OPEN SUNDAYS is a BIG bonus.
