Called pharmacy to ask to see if they had syringes in a certain size and the woman in the pharmacy rudely said no I can't give you that information on the phone....I politely explained that it was perfectly fine to give this information seeing that they are legal and I had called 4 other places and they had no problem with checking for me. This lady was just so RUDE and NOT HELPFUL in any way. Why are some people just rude and unpleasant? Its ridiculous....

I spoke with a manager involving getting some help with a money gram money order and he reluctantly ended up helping me with my issue and he hung up the phone on me... Very rude and kept trying to pass my problem off to other institutions instead of helping me himself.
