I tried to give them a chance, I really did, but this is finally the last straw. I ordered from them on Sunday at 4:15 since I had to work at 5:30 and thought that was enough time. 5:10 rolled around and they still did not deliver so I had to go to work without dinner. I ordered another Caesar Salad with carrots. My S.O. gave me my food at work at around 6 and, again, no carrots. This is it. No more. If you value accuracy and a reasonable delivery time, go elsewhere. I tried giving them another chance and was again disappointed. I don't know what they did to get so bad but I sincerely hope they turn themselves around.

Long wait for an empty store. Workers unattentive to food ready for customers. Ordered a cheeseburger sub and watched it sit on the shelf for 20 minutes and received it when it was ice cold. I had to ask for my food only to watch them put it in upon my questioning after I had already waited at least 15 minutes. Watched as people were refunded their food for the wait and many orders were messed up or not taken by phone. Customers were talking in store about their waits of almost an hour for food when the store was not busy. Terrible service. Employees were rude to customers and giving them snarky remarks for asking if their food was ready.

The food is great especially the calzones. The aroma of the place is fantastic. Excellent pizza, subs and salads.

The food is mediocre, they always mess up delivery orders and the customers always wrong. If I'm telling typo my "veggie pizza" basically looks like it's been deep sea submerged in a vat of oil the correct response is not. "I made the pizza, and I only use a three drops of oil" which she started several times. They offered to make another and I declined (seriously?? YUCK), a refund and an apology would have been more acceptable.
