The atmosphere is quite good and the environment looks decent. Good for talk in small groups of 4 or 5 people. but the waiters got us out because of some reserved private party. and thet didn't mention that after we came in. very annoyed

Possibly my favorite happy hour spot in new haven. The food is really good especially the octopus tacos, and the cocktails are great for the price. I do wish they had more variety with the drink options though. I get tired with the cocktails, having some affordable beer options during happy hour would bring be in much more often.

On our travels to Connecticut we came across this cute stylish bar, we have asked te be seated outside, despite the upscale and elegant interior we were disappointed with the outdoor furnishings.
However we loved the touch of fresh garden including vegetable and herbs touch.
The service was very mediocre. The server did not attend to us much.
With little attention to details and a simple improvements on the service this place has to potential of 5stars

All of the food is good and the drinks as well. It's a strange place though. The layout wastes a lot of space and besides the beautiful backlit alabaster bar, it's a bit dark. I give it 4 stars because while the service, food and drinks are very good, it doesn't feel worth the very high prices. $18 for a cocktail!? $12 for a tiny appetizer!?
