The staff was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the vehicle that I was given while my suv was being serviced.Enterprises has always been the place that we have rented cars for several years .Thanks to your staff.

Customer service was excellent here. Jordan helped us out when we picked up the vehicle, and Patty took care of us when we dropped it off. Both were great. Very happy with the Jeep we got. It was a great ride!

I picked up the rental car from an auto body shop where my car was having some work done. Customer service was great and while the rental car had a few problems (gas under 1/4 tank, the check engine light was on but they said not to worry), it was fine for my purposes. I returned the vehicle to the auto body shop on Friday at 4:30 pm and the auto body staff made sure there were no problems with the car. I received a phone call on Friday at 4:45 pm and when I told them the car was returned they said they would pick it up and everything was taken care of because the auto body staff checked the car in. Enterprise did not pick the vehicle up until Monday morning. Monday just before 10 am I get a call saying there is damage and I have to pay for it despite the fact I returned three days ago and Enterprise was told to come pick it up by the auto body shop on Friday. They had Friday until closing (they close at 6 pm) and Saturday (9 am when they open until 1 pm when they close) to pick up the car but they waited until Monday and want to bill me for any damages after I returned the vehicle. They were courteous on the phone but unwilling to take any responsibility for the fact they let it sit on the street for three days after telling me I returned the car and was all done. The employees at the auto body shop had to call on my behalf and confirm that the car was returned in perfect condition. I will update my review when I find out how it goes.
Update: I spoke with the manager and she was reasonable and decided it wasn't my fault. I changed my review to three stars because without the auto body shop I would still be dealing with insurance claims and out of pocket expenses. My word and the circumstances weren't enough. But I am grateful to Enterprise for looking over the situation again and being reasonable.

This was my first time renting a car and I chose Enterprise. I got a really new Toyota. It was a good experience. People there are really nice and don't push you to spend more money on extra assurance if you don't want to. I compared rental price of Enterprise with several other companies and this one was the most cheapest. I will choose it next time.
