Called for a cab on 9.16.17 dispatcher stated someone will call me back when driver accepts job, its now 9.18.17 an i still have not received a call. Talk about bad wait time lol.

Called yesterday afternoon and waited for an hour and still no taxi. Called again and they said they had some technical difficulties that it would take a while, still no taxi. So basically wasted all day , no text to see if they assigned me with a taxi and not even a call. Smh. Worst service ever. Don't even bother calling this place. Doesn't even deserve one star.

I am not working this company. drivers are very professional, especially if you use their app, it is much more faster than call the dispatch. some dispatchers are so kind, they even double check for you. I think they are way better than Uber.

It seems as if people only come on here to complain when things go wrong, but when things go right no one takes the time to comment on their fares. I have no complaints with Metro. My driver's are always extremely professional and there when I need them. I never have to give directions, and most of the time they know quicker routes to my destination than I do. I don't have one bad thing to say about this company. I would, do, and will continue to recommend Metro to everyone I know. Thank you so much for your great service!!!!
