After a rather disappointing encounter with Enterprise and with the other rental company Hertz it's the one that AAA gives discounts with I actually ended up reserving a vehicle with this Hertz first and they said they took debit cards but when I went there to pick up the car I discovered that they don't take debit cards which I couldn't understand because they said that they did. In any event, after a disappointing hour or two I decided to go to rent a wreck and it was the Fourth of July holiday and most places didn't have any cars left available I was fortunate enough to be able to rent a car from Rent A Wreck for the week there was an issue with one of the signal lights and after the holiday I went back and they quickly repaired the signal light and sent me on my way the name of the place is rent a wreck so if you're expecting filet mignon steak as opposed to a hamburger then perhaps this isn't the place for you but if you just need a car to get around in that's safe, reliable and inexpensive Rent A Wreck is definitely the place to go and they do accept debit cards for their rentals which is a bonus for a lot of people I appreciated the customer service that I was provided everyone was very kind and very friendly I've read some negative reviews about rent a wreck I don't know if it was the same one that I went to or another one but my experience was not such I would happily rent from Rent A Wreck again if I needed a rental car again.

Had excellent service, I called last minute to get a vehicle, on memorial day weekend, they were out of vehicles, but a staff named John personal went and picked me up a vehicle from anther location, just to make it convenient for me, he also gave me a awesome deal, and car runs great. I recommend rent a wreck definitely to friends and family,

Our church rented a 15 passenger van from rent a wreck over the summer and our experience was delightful. The staff was super friendly and the price was beyond reasonable. They also made sure the van was in perfect running condition because we were traveling 800 miles to South Carolina. Upon our return the rental agent was kind enough to give me a ride home as well. Thanks again for the pleasant experience, we will be back soon.
