After my car got totaled I needed to rent a car in order to get to work. I looked at my options in new haven, and Sixt looked pretty good. Let me tell you, I had the most amazing experience renting from them. The car I was given was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and understanding staff. I will definitely be renting from them again if the need ever arises, in the meantime I highly recommend them as a rent a car service!

This is the First time I rented a Minivan from Sixt. It's been a Great experience for me interacting with Shannon Valenti ( Branch Manager), Eric and her Support staff. They have been very Courteous and understanding of my Specific requirements. They went out of their way and Shannon especially answered all my Questions with utmost patience and clarity. I and my Brother found the Chrysler Pacifica, that we rented out to be so clean and great experience to drive it. We had no problems in our entire journey with the car. The car was clean and neat, all fuelled up and ready for the morning we picked it up. No Hassles and the processing was smooth and fast. Shannon was very clear in her communication. I would definitely recommend them.

First time renting with Sixt. It was a wonderful experience! Staff was great!Free upgrade to a larger van and they even took out a couple seats in a matter of minutes to make more room for our coolers. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Easy to work with. The number they give is the "general operations." Which was frustrating at first because they would have to put me on hold to call the local facility to see it the vehicle I was asking for was available. Finally I asked to be sent there and had a great experience with the lady directly.

Good rates. Friendly service. Not the best selection of cars, and kind of a run down building. Had to wait for them to clean the car even though I had reserved the car in advance.
